My relationship with you comes with over 40 years of experience. I was fortunate to be exposed to various disciplines ranging from product design and development to operations but always with a common thread of quality operations. With a global presence, I built a sensitivity to not only technology but culture. That culminated in my last position as the Vice President of Corporate Lean Six Sigma and Business Transformation. I met many talented and dynamic leaders who influenced me personally and professionally along the way. I began my consultancy with an eye to what I learned from them. Today I teach, coach, and mentor people eager to solve problems and learn from my experiences. Engaging people to develop their solution is the best approach to consulting.
